Modified : Forgot to mention. This idea only applicable for poor to middle class workers (people who earn 10k to 200k per annum). To people who get more than 10million per annum, you can do what ever you want with your money. I i really dedicate this idea to anyone who love to change their car every 1-2 years. For me car is one of our most important thing and car can help us in our daily life, but to have another way get your car without ever to work hard is a better a good idea. But the choice is yours.

The idea:
1. Bank don't care if you borrow them 200k and pay for 20 years, but bank really care if you buy car and want to pay for 9 years.

2. The price of houses will increase around 1-3% per annum, while car price will drop around 3-5% per annum.

3. You pay 10k once for a lifetime to pay to house mortgage insurance, but you pay 2k per annum for you car insurance (don't tell me that car also got loan insurance)

4. You can rent you house easily even for years, but you cant rent your car everyday. Unless you own AVIS.

5. Your house need water and electric. But why should you care if someone else rent your house from you?. You car need gas, oil and service everymonth. Should you care if you wife pay it for you?

5. You upgrade your grill, add swimming pool, change you cabinet, plant 4-5 small tree and paint your house. In the end, you house value nearly double! You change you sport rim, front bumper, spoiler, 2pound nos and not forget put in turbo. In the end, you need to refill your gas nearly double!

6. I never heard people said that someone else stole their house. But, i always heard that someone else lost their car!

7. You pay 1k for your house mortgage and rent it for 1.2k for months. You pay 1k for your car and you need 0.2k for your gas.

8. For 20 years, someone else will pay for house (if you rent your house). And the house is yours. For 20 years, your car is yours, but you pay for yourself.

9. Most houses can stay there for hundred of years, but i don't think most car can work more than 20 years.

modified : 9.5. You rent you house, maybe your house can help you to pay your car (positive cashflow). You change your car, your car cant help you to pay you gas or even to buy a house.

10. The only thing that car is better than house is you can go anywhere with you car and house is not.....

Other people might need that money more that you need that money (ermmm to pay credit card, to change sport rim, to pay handphone...) shame on you! Congrat fila...

Ermm i heard ptptn will enable people to pay loan by credit card.. woooooo... do bee so stupid... you get 2% interest from ptptn. plus 18% interest per annum from credit card. fuiiyoo... thats a lot!

For me economy is a subject to understand and manage limited resources and still we need to manages peoples unlimited need. We.. as human still need more than anything. Never enough... never limit our need. I think if people limit their food (or resouces is limited) soon, we'll die. So how to manage? I learn this subject not because i want to get promote! Not because i want to be genius or what. I learn because i need to know why people need and why we need to fullfill their need. This also apply to me, right?

Salary, needs and resources connected to each other in economy. Yess.. for me it's true! How much i earn a month? can i get what i need? But if i can get what i need, are they enough for everyone? If is not enough sure the price is going up. (law... when resouces/items is not enough/limit/or very high demand than the price is going up! but if the resouces going up, then people will look elsewhere or stop buying.) so... (hey what the hell i saying here?)... oh crapz...

I think i need to learn how to manage (management) my needs. then start to think again about my economy. What i need and what i dont need. What i need to pay, to buy and what i can get. How much my salary is (figure) and how much i can get from others. So... one of the books i read said... (Rich dad, poor dad) to be rich is not about how you achieve in you study. Money dont care if you got degree or not. The most important thing is, either you can read and understand FIGURE (number) or not... If we can't understand and manage our numbers (money) then we will left behind to be rich.. Ermm i think it's true.. So byebye now... need to learn my figure and most important need to finish my assignment.. hahahah...

Just cut n paste from maybank2u... Maybank use creative idea to get more money... So so all people who have a loan from ptptn, this is the best way.. I'm not saying maybank2u is the only way. There's also rhb n bcb. Be smart....

Although they only charge not more than 50cent. Ok what to pay 50cent since we dont need to go to Damansara (need a cab or what?). Or need to go to post office and buy postal order (hahah this guy really not advance in tech.. yaaa laaa still use postal order.. what a shame!)... or maybe you don't need to auto deduct you salary. remember if you auto debit from your salary, then your payslip will show how much your salary balance is. So it's hard to get another loan from bank since you've got low balance. Err did i say that by not pay your ptptn you can't get any loan from bank??? be afraid.. be very afraid!!!...

This morning i read kosmo. Centre page. this what i think about it.

People used to say... Be like robin hood... Robin hood is good, kind. Robin hood is a hero! Phuiii.... I don't think so. Once he's a thief, he's a thief. i don't care if he stole any money, items or anything belong to rich people and give to the poor. He still a thief. There's other way to help poor people. Maybe robin can do business, trade something or other thing to help others. Maybe we need to call him Robin 'crook'.

I often heard people said that rich people is a bad guy. They only care about their money. Rich people dont care about poor people. No... not all rich people is like that. I say, 100million people like us give 1 dollar each. we only get 100million to give to poor people/reseach org/aids foundation/educations/tsunami. We need 100 million people. Do you know this group only need 1 generous ultra rich people to give that same amount? how about only 5% of all ultra rich people do a good things. Maybe i would say 30 guys who want to give 100mill each. Is this guy crook or robin hood crook? Do you know that bill gates (that most people say he's a crook) give nearly 1 billion (not million) every year to their foundation, for aids, cancer group, africa, malaria sceintist etc etc. That's only 1 example. Do you know that in malaysia, Malays most rich guy (dont remmeber his full name, maybe Syed...) give millions a year for his foundation. Can we give more than 10% of our salary to the poor? Shame on us!!! Shame on us... For me, i don't think all the rich people is a bad guy. We can judge the book by its cover. Not all of rich people like to show their 'good'. So how about we think, 'how we want to be a rich poeple that help people'.

My uncle use to say... "Pemurah jangan boros, Berjimat jangan kedekut".... This is what i want to do... (can anyone translate this words in a good phrase?)

I use to say that think big is the best way to achive something big. But not always actually. For me i think big if i want to get something that must be better or at least something good for myself. I can't think small if i want to get the best. Maybe there's a reason inside it. If i want to sell 1 pc with a profit of RM200. then i need to think big. Big numbers. Maybe i can put 250. This is because i know that my profit still not include etc etc. Parking? toll? oil? price increase. For me this is why i keep saying think big.

Once, when we ask small kid, what they want to be when they become 'big' people. they said "I want to be a doctor, engineer, manager, sceintist etc..." But not all of them get what they want. even i don't get what i want. When i was 7 years old, one of my teachers ask me. What i want to be? I said "I want to be a peneroka (settler) or maybe vegetable seller" Why i said this? I dont know, maybe there's a challange inside it. Then i think again... think big... Maybe i'm not a settler or people who sell vegetable. But i can be a pioneer. As settler open new places to grow something and sell, why not i think big? I create something or at least combine something then i sell. Maybe im not selling vegetables. but right now i can say i can sell a lot of pc. I'm a pioneer/settler in my family to do this business. Who knows, maybe one day i will be the next DELL?

For me think big is not i want everything big. Think big for me is a challanges, targets, ambitions and many more. When i start to think big, my mind start to work. "Hey, how i want to get more than 200 per pc?","How can get money whitout to work so hard?","how i can get my money work for me?".

But, big is not alwayz good. Having big boobs mean its hard for you to run. dont get angry... hahaha.. this is only an example. What i mean is although i keep saying think big, i still keep 'think small'. Think of small things'. My dream is to get a big things. but i will still not to forget any small thing that could destroy my big dreams. All my pc, i will include, "who buy my pc?","Where he live?","Do i need to buy anysoftware for him?". Instead of thinking big profit, i think, if i buy a good mainboard or a good hardware for my customer, maybe i could cut the cost of any future problem with this pc. Yes, cheap things bring a big profit, but cheap things also bring a bigger headache. This is what i call think small. A small, simple software can make my customer really happy. Yes, it's true.

Hmm.. maybe in our life, we need to think something big and not to forget about the small things. Go big for your dream! Try hard to achive your dream. But don't forget, a small/little problem couldn't make your dream come true. Happy living...

Nak di jadikan cerita.. ada la sorang kaya baru, asalnya di kampung saja.. tapi disebabkan tanahnya kena projek KLIA, jadi jutawan segera la dia. Waktu dia susah dulu.. teringin sangat dia nak pi K.L, so pas dah jadi kaya, tanpa membuang waktu, dia pun ke K.L laa.
Pasai banyak duit, dia pun bawak la sorang body guard merangkap pembantu peribadi. Di K.L, dia menginap di K.L International Hotel. Sampai di sana lebih kurang pukul 10:00 pagi..perut dia pun agak berkeroncong sikit la. Pas check-in, dia bagitau kat pembantu dia..

Think again...

One minister wanna put big money to help 1 small fisherman village. They dont have enough money to make their better. Even to survive in morden economy. All they got is small house, open sea and empty land. there's 20 family with average every couple have 2 kids. So gov decided to put big money for them. To survive, to get better education for their kid and to make their life better. So they think.... think again... They got 2 solutions...

1. Give money 2 every family. Amount up to 450 per month for 15 year. Total cost for 15 years is... 1,440,000 or nearly 1.5 Million. It's not too big for a good gov. Now they got a better prospect for their future. Dont need to work hard as 550 is a big amount.

2. Gov give 1 medium size fishing boat enough for 8 man, equip with all tools, net, etc etc... costing up to 1 million. Gov giv a long term loans with very low interest and give empty land space for them to start eco tourism. Total cost including land is up to 1.5 million. Then gov put a 1 million to create freshwater prawn project. Then another 200k for trainings and educations. So total cost is... 3.7 million.

So if you're the gov, which one do you take? The different is huge. So think... Coz think can make your brain work hard. Hehehehe...

Ermm today, 23rd Jan 05. Almost 1 month asia been hit by tsunami.. But i think for the last 2 days, my awuarium got hit again by whatever i dont know what to call. My tsunami kot? for 2 days lepak2 at my home. Sleep, surfing, downloading etc etc.. watch my fish. clean abit... Then to... die... Isk iskk iskk.. al fatihah...

Blue damshell and err doctor fish die together. Ermm.. but i think better they dier together. Why because they're their best best friend. Eating together, playing together. Protecting each other form that gangster trigger fish. Thennn today.. die together...

So today... bought 2kg of salt, 1 bottle of food and 1 limewood. I change water etcetc... waaaa banyak habuk looo... so many debris. Just like after tsunami. So many.. what to call 'makanan tak abis'. Not eaten food. Ya la last week i wrongly bought fish food. Hard to eat coz they just keping. hmm dont know to call it. So i put a lot.
